885286 - Where can I get the hotfix described in this KB?

My RS server is generating 33MB logfiles every minute. Can I get the hotfix
mentioned in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=885286, or do I have to call
PSS?You have to contact PSS, but they won't charge you.
