64bit and compatability mode

Is it possible to run SQL 2005 64bit in compatability mode?
We have one Database that will only run under SQL2000, but we want to know
whwther we can put it on a 64bit SQL2005 server

NYCAbsolutely, there is not difference in that regard between 32 and 64 bit.
