404 error in the report manager

hi,
I have installed the reporting serivces, the report server is working
fine,
But when i try to view the report manager, http://<servername>/reports
it gives a error message
"The request failed with HTTP status 404: Object Not Found. "
I have seen the virtual directories and the rswebapplication.config
also but i was not able to trace the error so any one please help me..
